Our Production Facility

Our operations span multiple locations, encompassing a total built-up area of 15,000 square feet, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of leading global brands. Our infrastructure boasts 100 sewing machines, including Flatseam machines, Lace and Elastic setters, and all the necessary attachments for undergarment manufacturing.

Production Capacity

1. Polo T – shirts – 1,25,000 Pcs / Month.
2.Basic Round Neck T – Shirts – 2,00,000 Pcs / Month.
3.Monthly capacity exceeds an impressive 3 Lakhs pieces.

Kintting

The latest 16, 20, 24, and 28 gauge circular knitting machines, such as the "Mayer & Cie" from Germany and the Italian "Orizio Paulo," are actively engaged on the production floor. These advanced machines are utilized to produce a wide variety of knitted fabrics, ranging from basic jersey, interlock, pique, and rib to auto striper designs with up to 70 colors plus Lycra, as well as intricate jacquard and wrapper patterns with 72 colors plus Lycra. Additionally, collars are crafted using 16 and 114 gauge machines for plain and plaited jacquard designs.

Stentering and compacting

Stentering involves stretching and drying the fabric to a uniform width under controlled tension, which helps eliminate distortions, set the fabric dimensions, and improve its stability. This process also aligns the fabric's fibers, enhancing its appearance and handle. On the other hand, compacting is used to control and reduce the shrinkage of knitted fabrics, ensuring they maintain their size and shape after washing. It involves passing the fabric through a series of rollers that apply pressure and heat, compacting the fibers and increasing the fabric's density. Together, these processes ensure that the final product meets the desired specifications and quality standards, offering better performance and durability.
